Dr. Brian O’Rear spent 20 years as an Air Force instructor pilot before launching his own home inspection business from scratch. He built that single location into one of the country’s largest home inspection companies—a multi-million dollar operation he successfully sold in 2018.

After earning his doctorate in entrepreneurship and teaching as an adjunct professor at Boyce College, Brian co-founded The Rising Entrepreneur Institute alongside Brett Harris, CEO of Do Hard Things, Inc. because he was tired of watching talented young people waste years studying business theory instead of actually building businesses.
